Shipping policy

We know you want your items...and trust us! Altered Star pieces are worth the wait. Here's a quick breakdown of our Shipping Policy:

Custom Pieces 
Most items are made to order to your size. ALL custom and semi-custom pieces have a 4-6 week turn around time. WHY!? Because each piece is made to order. Each piece is handmade from pattern drafting, fabric cutting, being sewn by ASCO sewists, quality inspected, and packed individually. Sometimes we are able to send it out sooner, but for the sake of not being disappointed...please plan on the 4-6 week TAT.  

ASCO Website / Auctions / RTS Events 

Items are already finished and ready to be shipped. Kristina packages and ships order twice weekly; please give 3-5 business days for your order to update with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Orders under $99 (within the US) ship for a flat rate of $7.95. Orders over $99 within the US will automatically earn free shipping, no coupon codes needed.

Local orders are welcome for pickup in North Royalton, OH. Please contact Kristina for more information and when your order will be ready.

International shipping costs vary by location and weight. If you are unsure of a shipping cost, or your location is not offered during checkout, please email us at alteredstarco@gmail.com.
